WISCPHR Current Board of Directors
All WISCPHR members are encouraged to participate in Board meetings and become a Board member. We are always looking for members who want to volunteer their time and talents to promote our profession in Wisconsin and the US. Our strength as a Society comes from our members and their professional experience and wisdom! Descriptions of the various Board positions and committees are listed below. Assists President with organizational duties as assigned by the President, and shall assume the responsibilities of the President in his/her absence or resignation. Also acts as co-chair of the Annual Meeting Committee. After one year, he/she moves into the position of President.

Responsible for keeping a record of all regular or special meetings of the Board of Directors, Executive Committee and Membership Committee, and for giving notice of all official meetings to the Board. The Secretary also serves on the Membership Committee.

Treasurer
Responsible for monitoring all deposits and disbursements of funds relative to all accounts of the Society, and verifying the accuracy and currency of accounts. He/she prepares a financial report for the Annual Meeting, and also chairs the Finance and Budget Committee.
